Take chicken in a bowl and add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, minced cilantro, black pepper and minced ginger.
Mix and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Lay the chicken on the grill and grill it for about 6-7 minutes and then give it a flip, grill for 4-5 minutes.
Place the chicken on a bed of brown rice. Take a spoon of freshly made sesame chive vinaigrette and drizzle all around. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
