Sesame Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup sesame seeds, unhulled preferred | ||
| 1/2 cup light sesame or peanut oil | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tamari | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Toast sesame seeds in an ungreased skillet over medium heat. Stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and pour into a blender.
Whirl in blender until powdered. Add all other ingredients and process until well blended.
Store in refrigerator. Mix well before serving.
