Sesame Dill Shark Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 shark, halibut, salmon, or swordfish steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds) | ||
| Lemon peel | 2 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon dried dill weed | ||
| Sesame seed | 2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
Directions
Single layer.
For the marinade, combine lemon peel, lemon juice, cooking oil, and dillweed.
Pour over fish.
Turn fish to coat it with marinade.
Cover and marinate fish in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning fish over occasionally.
Drain the fish, reserving the marinade.
Place fish on a greased rack of an unheated broiler pan.
Brush with some reserved marinade.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
Using a wide spatula, carefully turn the fish over.
Brush with more marinade.
Broil for 3 to 7 minutes more or till fish is done.
To serve, brush with marinade and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
