Sesame Coconut Rice Loaf Recipe

| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 , diced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded coconut | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed | |
| Carrot | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Sesame | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (butter) | |
| Turmeric | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Marjoram | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Cumin | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Tablespoon |

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
2) In a large bowl, add rice, oil, garlic, turmeric, ginger, marjoram, coriander, cumin, cinnamon and sesame butter to combine very well.
3) Add rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
MAKING
4) Use a 9" x 5" loaf pan to oil.
5) Press the rice mixture into the pan.
6) Place inside oven and bake for 45 minutes until well browned on top.
SERVING
7) Serve with fresh salad.
