Broccoli With Sesame Seeds Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 1/2 Pound, trimmed | |
| Boiling water | ||
| Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Root ginger | 1 Tablespoon, slivered | |
| Sesame seed | 2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
Directions
Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut into bite-size pieces.
Peel stalks; cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Place in medium bowl; pour in enough boiling water to cover and let stand 2 minutes.
Drain; cool on several layers of paper towels.
Combine stir-fry sauce and sesame oil; set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli and ginger; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add stir-fry sauce mixture; cook and stir until broccoli is coated with sauce.
Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle sesame seed evenly over broccoli.
