Ingredients

 1 large bunch broccoli, broken into florets, stems peeled
 Salt To Taste
 Sesame seeds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Sake1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Sesame oil2 Teaspoon
 Honey2 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
Drain thoroughly .
Let cool to room temperature.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Shortly before serving, add broccoli and toss to mix well.
