Sesame Broccoli Recipe
Sesame broccoli is a sesame seed and broccoli recipe prepared with soy sauce to taste. Devilsihly simple, this sesame broccoli is spiced with a hint of ginger and garlic and steamed to cook. Served as a side, it is nutritious and healthy.
Ingredients
1/2 bunch Broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch ground ginger
Directions
In large saucepan, cook broccoli in vegetable steamer basket over boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
In serving bowl, toss broccoli with sesame mixture.
