Sesame Biscuits Recipe

|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Kneading)|

Ground the sesame and add to flour mixture.
Add butter to flour and mix well in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and curd to the flour and knead to a hard dough with milk.
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Knead again and roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick.
Sprinkle sesame over it and cut into biscuit shape.
Grease a baking tray, place bisuits into it and prick with fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes and remove from tray.
