Ingredients

 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (SAUCE)
 Dry sherry1 Tablespoon (SAUCE)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (SAUCE)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon (SAUCE)
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon (SAUCE)
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon (SAUCE)
 STIR FRY
 Oil2 Tablespoon (SAUCE)
 1 lb. round steak, trimmed, cut into 2x1/2 inch strips
 1 pkg. Green Giant Frozen Broccoli Cuts
 Sesame seed2 Teaspoon, toasted (SAUCE)
 2 1/2 cups hot cooked rice, if desired

Directions

In small bowl, blend all sauce ingredients with wire whisk; set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet or wok over medium high heat until hot.
Add beef; stir fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove from skillet; keep warm.
In same skillet over medium high heat, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil until hot.
Add frozen broccoli; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
Stir in beef and sauce.
Cook until sauce is bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
