Semolina Flatbread Recipe
This Semolina Flatbread makes a good Breakfast for most meals. It is an effortless Breakfast. Ingredients
2 1/2 cups very fine semolina
3/4 tsp salt or to taste
6 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Place semolina in a large bowl, stir in salt and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Keep it aside covered for 15-20 minutes.
If the dough becomes firm then add little water and knead again to get a soft dough.
Divide into 8 pieces.
Form into balls, roll out a ball into a chappati Heat griddle over medium heat.
Place the bread.
Cook for a minute.
Smear 1/2 tbsp oil.
Turn side.
Cook on both sides till golden patches appear on it.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
