Semi Sweet Fondue Recipe

Chocolate Fondue

	2 3-oz. bars milk chocolate
	1 3-oz. bar bittersweet chocolate
	Heavy cream	1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
	Cinnamon	1/4 Teaspoon
	Instant coffee	1 Teaspoon

In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Add cream, cinnamon, and coffee.
Pour into a fondue pot.
