Semi Sweet Dipping Chocolate Recipe

Why a gourmet? Anybody can judge how appetizing and flavorful Semisweet Dipping Chocolate is. Even though Semisweet Dipping Chocolate is a Dessert I relish it any time of the day. Its good to make Semisweet Dipping Chocolate for your family member whose diet is full of Diabetic recipes. Ingredients

 
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
 
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
 
2 tsp grated paraffin wax
 
1/2 cup water
 
1 tsp vegetable oil
 
1 tsp liquid fructose

Directions

Combine milk powder, cocoa, and wax in a food processor or blender; process or blend to a soft powder.
Transfer into the top of a double boiler and add the water, stirring to blend.
Add vegetable oil.
Place over hot (not boiling) water.
Cook and stir until wax pieces are completely melted and mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy.
Remove double boiler from heat.
Stir in liquid fructose.
Allow to cool slightly.
Dip candies according to recipe in cookbook or your recipe.
Shake off excess chocolate.
Place on very lightly greased waxed paper, and allow candies to cool completely. (If candies cannot be removed easily, slightly warm a cookie sheet in the oven, lay the waxed paper with candies on warmed cookie sheet, and remove them.
Store in cool place.)
