Sel Roti Recipe

Ingredients
Rice 1 kg
Wheat flour 250 gms
Milk 500 ml
Ghee 100 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Directions
To make rice flour, wash and soak rice overnight and grind into fine powder.
Batter the rice flour with butter, sugar, milk and 2 cups of water, and allow it to ferment for 4 hours during summers and 24 hours during winters at room temperature.
Squeeze the leavened batter by hand and deposit it as a continuous ring onto the hot edible oil.
Fry them till they become golden brown.
