Equal part of water and gluten

Directions

Make spongy dough with water and gluten and set aside. Then boil water about 2 inches above the bottom of pot and add flavorings and pieces of dough. Cover it with a lid and let them cook for an hour on medium heat. Do not remove the lid and let it cool. This can be refrigerated right away.
