Seekumche Kuk Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lb. spinach, washed thoroughly and chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 8 oz. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 2 , chopped | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Roasted sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Put the spinach into a large saucepan with the salt and cook gently for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is just tender.
Drain, then transfer the spinach to a plate.
Keep hot.
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When it is hot, add the pork pieces and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the cayenne, spring onions (scallions), soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Stir in the chopped spinach and heat it through.
Transfer the mixture to a warmed serving dish and sprinkle over the roasted sesame seeds before serving.
