Directions

Bones are the only ingredients used in this preparation of secondary broth.
Fresh lamb bones, chicken bones and smoked bones.
Use in the ratio of 2 : 2 : 1.
Place the bones in a large pan, add water three times the depth of the bones.
Simmer for 4 hours.
Skim after every one hour.
