Editors Review

Famously called as "birthday soup" this traditional Korean seaweed soup. The exotic flavors of seaweed shine in this, refreshing, easy to make soup. Anna Kim gives a step-by-step cooking tutorial on how to accomplish this at home. Thick and velvety, this dish can happily suffice as a one-course menu on extremely starved evenings.

I'm so happy to have found your videos! My son-in-law is Korean and is teaching me how to cook things but it is difficult because they live in a different state. My daughter is going to have a baby in a month and I was looking for a recipe for seaweed soup to make for her to take to the hospital. I found your videos while searching and can't wait to try different recipes...thank you!!!
