Directions

Combine eggs, milk, butter, onion, parsley, and seasonings.
Break salmon in chunks, removing bones and skin.
Stir salmon into egg mixture.
Pour into well-greased 8-inch pie plate.
Prepare pastry mix according to package directions.
Roll 1/8 inch thick.
Cut 8-inch circle, then cut circle in 6 wedges.
Arrange atop pie.
Bake at 425° about 25 minutes.
Cut in 6 wedges.
Serve immediately.
Pass chilled Cucumber Sauce to spoon atop.
