Directions

Place beef round cut in a plate.
Add garlic-pepper, and flour to both sides of the beef.
Rub it in.
Medium heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add beef, and onion.
Cook them for 10 minutes.
Pour worcestershire sauce over beef.
Put beef on a plate.
Add water to onion slices.
Add brown sugar, fast boil and stir the ingredients.
Set the skillet aside.
Cut beef in slices.
Put onion over the beef.
Pour sauce over it, enjoy.
