Seasoned Steak Tartar Recipe
Ingredients
| Tenderloin steak | 2 Pound | |
| 4 anchovy fillets | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, quartered | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 sprigs parsley, stems removed | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Party rye or pumpernickel or assorted crackers | ||
Directions
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Trim all fat from steak; grind steak.
Assemble Blender.
Put remaining ingredients except bread into blender container.
Cover and process at MIX until all ingredients are blended and chopped.
Combine with meat.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, spread meat mixture on bread.
If desired, serve extra chopped onion, salt, and pepper on the side.
