Seasoned Acorn Jelly Recipe Video

Ingredients
Jelly Ingredients:
Acorn flour 1 cup
6 cups water
5 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon Salt
Sauce Ingredients:
Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
Brown sugar 1 tablespoons
Finely chopped Green onion 2 tablespoons
Sesame seed 1 tablespoons
Sesame oil 1 tablespoons
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoons
Chili powder 1 tablespoons
Minced garlic 1 clove
Salad Ingredients:
green onions
cucumber
baby cabbage
Directions
In a bowl, add the acorn flour and water; stir well, leave for 10 minutes at room temperature. In a pan, add 3 tablespoon cooking oil and pour the acorn mix. Stir constantly on low heat for 30 minutes.
Stir in 2 tablespoons cooking oil and increase heat to med heat.
Cook 10 minutes or until thick add salt,cook for a minute and pour in molds. Allow to cool and set; unmold the jelly and slice.
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Slice the salad ingredients, place in a bowl and spoon over little sauce; toss well.
Place the salad in a dish, arrange the jelly slices on the salad and drizzle over the remaining sauce.
