Seaside Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium size onion, chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cans chunk light tuna in water, well drained | ||
| Peas | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Chow mein noodles | ||
Directions
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, water chestnuts, milk and tuna; bring mixture to a boil.
Gently fold in peas and sour cream; season with salt and pepper.
Heat to serving temperature; serve over chow mein noodles.
