Seaside Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp crab | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons sauterne or other dry white wine | ||
Directions
In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
