 Sliced mushrooms1 Can (10oz), drained
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Cream of celery1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shrimp crab2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons sauterne or other dry white wine

Directions

In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
