Seaside Stew Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups diced cooked seafood (crab meat, shrimp, scallops, fish)
1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons sauterne or other dry white wine
Directions
In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
