Seaside Pasta Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen Italian cut green beans | ||
| 1/2 cup tiny shell macaroni | ||
| Green onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 28-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Salmon | 1 91/4 Ounce, drained | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
In a large saucepan combine water, beans, uncooked macaroni, green onion, sugar, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cook, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes or till the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Do not drain.
Stir in undrained tomatoes and tuna or salmon; heat through. Ladle soup into 4 bowls. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of the Parmesan cheese.
