Seashell Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Seashell macaroni | 8 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Diced celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped and drained | |
| Diced pimiento | 2 Ounce, drained (One Jar) | |
| Chopped green pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Rinse with cold water, and then drain again.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and sugar, stir into macaroni.
Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
Cover and chill.
