Herb Crusted Wild Salmon Recipe Video
A simple, but very flavorful, salmon dish
Ingredients
3-4 6 oz wild salmon fillets
1 Tbs paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 Tbs ground cumin
2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
1 Tbs superfine sugar
freshly groung black pepper
1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
Combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, mustard
and sugar. Rub mixture over skinless side of each piece of salmon.
Refrigerate for 30 mins. Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
Add fish, seasoned side down, and sear for 3-5 mins over medium
high heat. Turn and cook until fish is cooked through, about 6 mins.
Remove skin, and flip fish again to sear for 1-2 mins.
