Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 5 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Dash of sesame oil | ||
| 2 fresh Western United Fish Company ahi tuna steaks,1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| Canola oil | ||
Directions
1. Preheat grill.
2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, salt and sesame oil. Place ahi steaks in a glass dish. Pour marinade over steaks, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Brush grill with canola oil. Grill ahi steaks over direct high heat for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your taste.
