Directions

Break 1/2 head of lettuce in pieces (in "flattish bowl"); Drain and add 1 can LeSuere (or other canned) peas on top of lettuce; Add 1 cup chopped celery (over peas); Slice 2 small red onions thin and layer over celery; Spread 1 pint mayonnaise completely over top (must touch edges of the bowl); Sprinkle with 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese and 2 T. sugar.
Refrigerate overnight; toss just before serving.
