Seafood With Dill Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients

 4 flounder fillets (about 1 pound)
 Shrimp1/2 pound, deveined
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, chopped

Directions

Arrange fillets in a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, top with shrimp.
Combine mayonnaise, dillweed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, spoon over fillets.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Sprinkle with parsley.
