Ingredients

 
1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
 
1 lb. cooked lobster meat, cut in pieces
 
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix, prepared according to directions
 
1/2 cup olive oil
 
2 1/2 cups chopped onion
 
6 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 
2 teaspoons tarragon, crushed
 
1/4 teaspoon ground saffron
 
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
2 tablespoons snipped parsley

Directions

Marinate the shrimp and lobster meat in the prepared dressing for 1 1/2 hours; drain thoroughly.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan.
Add the onion and Cook until tender.
Stir in the tomatoes, tarragon, saffron, salt, and pepper; simmer, covered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir the drained marinated seafood into the tomato sauce and heat thoroughly.
Stir in the pars ley and serve over cooked spaghetti.
