Seafood Scampi Recipe

This Seafood Scampi is one of the best seafood dishes that I've made for lunch! My Chinese noodles taste fabulous with the Seafood Scampi! Try it out with other dishes if you want to ad let me know what you liked it best with!

Ingredients

 Margarine12 Tablespoon
 Garlic6 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Shrimp1 1/2 Pound, deveined
 1 1/2 pounds raw fish, your choice, cut in chunks
 Onions spring4 , chopped
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add garlic and salt, then add seafood, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
When shrimp is pink and fish flakes tender, add spring onions and parsley.
Cook for 3 minutes more.
Add a Chinese touch to the scampi by serving over Chinese noodles.
