1/4 cup chopped green pepper
 
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
1 10 1/2-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1/2 cup milk
 
Few drops yellow food coloring
 
2 5-ounce cans shrimp, drained and split lengthwise or lobster, drained and cut in pieces
 
12 squares hot waffles

Directions

In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter till tender.
Stir in soup, milk, and food coloring.
Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp or lobster; heat through.
Serve over hot waffles.
