Seafood Pie Recipe

|Diced cooked seafood||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Etc., As Available)|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Heavy cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated gruyere cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Bake in preheated 375 Â°F oven 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions; saute about 2 minutes.
Add seafood; stir over low heat 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, seasoning, and sherry; stir until boiling.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat eggs; add cream.
Stir in seafood mixture; season to taste.
Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
