 Finely chopped green onions/Chives3 Tablespoon

 Cayenne pepper To Taste
 Sherry3 Tablespoon
 Heavy cream1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Grated gruyere cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; prick bottom.
Bake in preheated 375 °F oven 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions; saute about 2 minutes.
Add seafood; stir over low heat 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, seasoning, and sherry; stir until boiling.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat eggs; add cream.
Stir in seafood mixture; season to taste.
Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
