Seafood Normandy Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen shrimp | 2 Pound, cleaned | |
| Cheesecloth | 1 Tablespoon, tied | |
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Tomato Paste | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cream of shrimp | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons brandy or dry sherry | ||
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fluffy rice | ||
Directions
Place all ingredients except milk, flour and rice in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 5 hours.
Remove shrimp spice.
Before serving, make a smooth paste of milk and butter; stir into crock pot.
Cover and cook for 30 minuteror until thickened.
