Easy Seafood Gumbo Recipe

| Chopped onion | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Gallon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Black pepper | To Taste | |
| Red pepper | To Taste | |
| Shrimp | 3 Can (30 oz), drained | |
| Crab meat | 2 Can (20 oz), drained | |
| Oysters | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Green onion tops | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Add flour; stir constantly until golden brown, being careful not to burn.
Add onions and celery; cook and stir until wilted.
Add water and garlic.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 1 hour.
Season with salt, black and red pepper to taste.
Add shrimp and crab to mixture; cook 15 minutes.
Add oysters with liquid, onion tops and parsley.
Bring to boil; cook 5 minutes.
Serve in soup bowls over rice.
