Ingredients

 1 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
 Shrimp5 Ounce, drained
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Soft bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
Turn into a 1 quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or till hot through and crumbs are golden
