 Seafood cocktail dressing12 Ounce (Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Or Crab Meat, Canned Or Cooked)
 Mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Plain yogurt1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Catsup1 Teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper To Taste
 Worcestershire sauce2 Drop
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Blue grapes1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unpeeled orange slices1 , halved
 Cooked crab claws1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste


Peel orange; remove as much white membrane as possible.
Cut into slices and each slice into quarters.
Sprinkle with kirsch.
Prepare dressing by blending together all dressing ingredients.
Arrange orange pieces in 4 champagne glasses lined with lettuce leaves.
Add grape halves and asparagus tips.
Arrange selected seafood on top.
Pour dressing over all.
