Seafood Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 1 Small, peeled | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Crab meat | 2 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Lettuce cups | ||
| Seafood cocktail sauce | ||
Directions
Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice; combine gently with seafood.
Serve in lettuce cups with cocktail sauce.
TIP:
If desired, use cooked, frozen crab meat, lobster and shrimp 1/2 to 1 cup of each.
