Pan seared sea bass with saffron cream sauce
sea bass 04 0z steak
Onion -½ medium(fine chopped)
Garlic -01 tablespoon
white wine-½ cup
Heavy cream- 1 cup
Saffron - few flakes
# saute onion and garlic and deglace with white wine .add cream and let it boil.reduce it to sauce consistency and add saffron.
Marinate sea bass with salt pepper and lemon juice.searit in a pan finish cooking in the oven.serve with saffron sauce
Barbequed shrimps
16/20 count shrimps-
Jhalapenos -thinly sliced(no seeds)
Bacon- few strips
Barbeque sauce
Wrap shrimps with bacon with one slice of jhalapeno.crisp bacon and shrimps by searing in a pan.serve with bbq sauce
Garlic scallops with teriyaki sweetchily sauce
Scallops -
Chopped garlic-01 teaspoon
Chopped cilantro-
Lemon juice-01 lemon
Seasoning
Teriyaki sauce-½ cup
Sweet chilli sauce-½ cup
Orange juice-½ cup
Honey -2 tablespoons
Mix last 4 ingdnts and boil to sauce consistency.
