Ingredients

 Mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced
 Medium green pepper- 1, diced
 Medium red pepper- 1, diced
 Large onion-1, coarsley chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Extra-light olive oil-2 tablespoons
 Broccoli flowerets2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour- 2 tablsepoons
 Evaporated skim milk- 1 qty 12 ozs
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay scallops- 1 pound
 Medium shrimp- 1 pound, shelled, deveined

Directions

MAKING
1. In a Dutch oven, cook mushrooms, peppers, onion and garlic in olive oil until just tender also add broccoli
2. Blend wine and flour and add to pan; cook, stirring until thickened and smooth, blend in skim milk, tomato paste and pepper
3. Add scallops and shrimp and cook, covered, for 10 minutes over low heat until fish is cooked, spoon fish and sauce into center of Pasta Ring, spooning some sauce over pasta

SERVING
4. Serve immediately
5. Serve with a sauce of your choice
