Seafood Supreme In A Pasta Ring Recipe

Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Medium green pepper- 1, diced | ||
| Medium red pepper- 1, diced | ||
| Large onion-1, coarsley chopped | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Extra-light olive oil-2 tablespoons | ||
| Broccoli flowerets | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour- 2 tablsepoons | ||
| Evaporated skim milk- 1 qty 12 ozs | ||
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay scallops- 1 pound | ||
| Medium shrimp- 1 pound, shelled, deveined | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a Dutch oven, cook mushrooms, peppers, onion and garlic in olive oil until just tender also add broccoli
2. Blend wine and flour and add to pan; cook, stirring until thickened and smooth, blend in skim milk, tomato paste and pepper
3. Add scallops and shrimp and cook, covered, for 10 minutes over low heat until fish is cooked, spoon fish and sauce into center of Pasta Ring, spooning some sauce over pasta
SERVING
4. Serve immediately
