Seafood Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Crabmeat package | 2 , frozen | |
| Lobster tails - 2 , cooked and cut up | ||
| Cod fillets | 1 pound, poached | |
| Frozen shrimp | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cream-of-mushroom soup - 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) | ||
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Fine dry bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Paprika | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Remove the membranes and flake the crabmeat.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, mix the crabmeat with all the ingredients except the last four.
3 In a shallow baking dish, pour the mixture.
4 Sprinkle with crumbs, cheese, and paprika.
5 Dot with butter.
6 Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.

7 Serve hot.
