| 2 cups shredded potatoes or 12 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 green onions, sliced, including tops | ||
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika, if desired | ||
Directions
Partially thaw frozen crabmeat and shrimp.
Combine in 1-1/2-quart glass casserole potatoes, butter and onions.
Cover with casserole lid.
Microwave on HIGH for 4-1/2-5-1/2 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender, stirring once.
Stir in celery soup, sour cream, lemon juice and garlic salt.
Add seafood.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, or until hot.
Stir well.
Sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 2-1/2 minutes.
