Seafood Southern Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup small scallops | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Shrimp | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 cup tomato catchup | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Combine liquid from scallops with slightly beaten eggs; add rice, scallops and shrimp.
2. Brown onion lightly in fat and add catchup, celery salt and curry powder; stir into rice mixture.
3. Place in buttered shallow baking dish; bake in moderate oven (350°F.) about 30 minutes.
