Seafood Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups raw fish, boned and cubed | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| White onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Bell pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 lime or lemon, chopped fine | ||
| 1 clove garlic, chopped fine | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| 2 cups each crawfish, shrimp, crab-meat, and oysters | ||
| 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or 1 tbs. Louisiana hot sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all of the vegetables and cover with about 1 inch water.
Boil until tender.
Add the fish and seafood.
Bring to boil, then simmer until done.
