Seafood Slumgullion Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 3 Large, sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| 1 large green pepper, halved, seeded and cubed | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme leaf | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cod package | 1 , frozen | |
| Shrimps package | 1 , deveined | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a heavy kettle, Melt margarine and saute potayoes, onions and green peppers; add salt, thyme, pepper and tomato-clam cocktail and heat till it begins to boil
2. Cut the cord into chunks one inch long and add to the kettle, cover and simmer for ten minutes
3. Ad shrimps, cook another ten minutes and add in parsley
SERVING
4. Ladle into soup bowls and serve
