Seafood Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp (15 ml) cornstarch
2 tbsp (30 ml) tomato juice
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) canned lobster bisque
1/2 cup (125 ml) baby shrimp fish-stuffed tortellini, cooked
1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped parsley
Directions
– Dissolve cornstarch in tomato juice and set aside.
– In a saucepan, stir and heat lobster bisque with dissolved cornstarch. Add shrimp, then add tortellini. Simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
