Seafood Salad Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix- 1 envelope | ||
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chopped chives | 1 Tablespoon, frozen | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Crabmeat package | 2 , frozen | |
| Hard rolls - 4 | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Prepare a large bowl, and pour the vegetable soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, hot pepper sauce and pepper into the bowl and blend well.
2. Add the crab meat last and chill till completely cold
SERVING
3. Line the bread rolls with lettuce and fill with crab mixture before serving
