Ingredients

 2 dozen mussels or clams
 Olive oil6 Tablespoon
 1 cleaned squid, cut into rings or strips
 1 fillet of cod or other white fish, cooked and cut into pieces
 3 dozen prawns, cooked and shelled
 Cockles, scallops, winkles, or any other shellfish
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Freshly chopped parsley
 Lemon wedges to garnish

Directions

Heat one-third of olive oil in a large frying pan, and add scrubbed and dried mussels or clams or other shellfish.
Cover and cook until shells open.
Discard any that do not.
Transfer to a bowl, and allow to cool.
In same pan, cook the squid for 20 min., or until tender.
Remove, and allow to cool.
Combine mussels, squid, fish, prawns, and other shellfish on a large serving platter.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice; season, and dress seafood.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges, and chill before serving.
