Seafood Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Lobster | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 cup cooked peas | ||
| Dash Angostura bitters | ||
| Dash ground thyme | ||
| Mashed potato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons shredded sharp cheese, if desired | ||
Directions
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
Blend in soup, milk, shrimp, lobster, peas, bitters, and thyme.
Heat slowly, until soup is thawed; stir often.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Arrange potatoes around edge of casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 450° oven 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
