Seafood Pizza Recipe
I am sure you wouldn't mind getting hooked to this Seafood Pizza recipe. A delicious Seafood Pizza gets its taste from Seafood. In my view, to call yourself a chef, you need to have a personal recipe of Seafood Pizza, just like I do.
Ingredients
1 (2-oz., 56-g) can anchovy fillets
3 tablespoons milk
3/4 (17-1/4-oz., 489-g) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
3 tablespoons oil
Scant 1/4 cup (50 ml) tomato paste
4 oz. (100 g) pitted green olives
1 lb. (500 g) tomatoes
1 (3-1/2-oz., 99-g) can tuna
1 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons capers
1 (3-oz., 85g) can crabmeat
1/2 cup (50 g) cooked baby shrimp
Pinch each of garlic salt and dried oregano
Directions
Drain anchovies and soak in milk to remove excess saltiness.
Sprinkle a 10-inch (25-cm) flan tin with cold water.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
On a floured surface, roll out pastry dough to fit dampened flan tin.
Place dough in tin without stretching.
Stir 1 tablespoon oil into tomato paste.
Brush remaining oil over dough.
Slice olives.
Peel and slice tomatoes.
Spread tomato paste mixture over dough; add sliced tomatoes and olives.
Flake tuna; arrange over tomatoes with onion slices, drained anchovies, capers, crabmeat and shrimp.
Sprinkle pizza with garlic salt and oregano.
Bake 35 minutes or until edges of pizza are lightly browned.
